[Re]Builder Volunteer Opportunities

Skilled Trades [Re]Builder

Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and HVAC technicians support critical home and community repairs for our neighbors. Your donation of skills and experience allow us to increase the value of our work.

Individual [Re]Builder

Looking to volunteer and make a direct impact?

As a general volunteer, you have the opportunity to assist at National Rebuilding Day in April.

Administrative and creative volunteers are welcome throughout the year to help with social media, graphic design, proofreading, accounting, office work, photography, video, web, events, senior affairs etc.

[Re]Builder Teams

Looking to volunteer as a team or corporate partner?

Our team days provide a great opportunity for companies and organizations to engage team members in a positive, team-building activity while giving back to a neighbor in need. We connect the resources we have to match the project that best fits.

We host groups of all sizes in a variety of ways. Most projects are a single home and three to four hours of work. However, we have many groups that sponsor multiple homes, need different schedules, specific days of the week, or other needs. We will work together to determine the best fit for your group!

Our team/corporate sponsorship levels are available to show your company’s support for the community. Sponsorships funds our projects and supports the costs of: building supplies, contractor labor, volunteer liability insurance, equipment rental, pre-construction costs, staff time, and general operating support.

Thank You to our Contractors and Vendors for In-Kind Services and Material Donations and Foundation and Grant Partners

Why Volunteer?

What we accomplish is not possible without help from hard-working, compassionate people who want to make a difference in our community. It is our goal to ensure you know you are valued. Empowering our volunteers with gratifying and impactful service opportunities is a huge part of our mission.

No construction skills? No problem! Our volunteer job sites are set up for all skill levels. Beginners are led by a skilled house captain who will show you the ropes.
